After reading the KBB Top 10 list article at Motoringfile.com last night while recording the show, I thought I would give it a go with my MINI. Complete with 201,000 miles on the clock The results are above.
I was honestly expecting to punch all my info into kbb.com and have it kick back about $US6,000 or less. For those that can’t see the image above, here is the value of my MINI as of November 20th, 2008.
- Excellent Condition: $11,530
- Good Condition: $10,630
- Fair Condition: $9,530
I would say my MINI is in fair condition and the numbers above are for Private Party resale. While I don’t plan on selling my MINI anytime soon, I still think this is pretty incredible to know that if I wanted to, I could ask as much at $9,530.
What is your MINI worth?
Still has to be one of the greatest things about the Mini brand. Incredible resale and even many years later still a R50 looks sharp. Think the long term resale of these cars are going to remain sharp.

I seriously doubt it. But it’s nice to know that someone thinks my MINI is still worth serious money.
