Wow! What an awesome day! Close to 500 miles, starting at 5:00AM. Drove up with a fellow member to Moorpark. From there, out to Ojai. We had a minor mishap, but nobody was hurt. Moving on…
From Ojai up to Pine Mountain. This was by far my favorite part of the trip. The roads were fast, twisty and traffic free! Speeds in excess of 110MPH were quite common. A breakfast stop in Pine Mountain then down to the I5 and out then out to the Rock somethingorother near Lake Hughes. That was my second favorite part of todays’ run…no stripes and super duper twisty! It was awesome.
