Sometimes driving like a sissy mary has it’s rewards. Today, for example:
Traffic was light, so speed over the mountain was a constant 55 and on the highway at about 75MPH.
Not bad for 106+K miles eh?

With the cold weather causing GBMINI#3 to do about half my daily commute with a cold engine, and with lights & heated seats on, my MPG has dropped to below 25 :(

the weather did help that’s for sure. mid 60’s, windows up, sunroof partially opened.
What really helped was the traffic flow. I was able to travel at consistent speeds without having to speed up or slow down.
Of course, this dropped to under 35 for the day, but still, I’m not going to complain :)
