I had reported that I had the v36 update done about 2 weeks ago on Roxy and I would say that it corrected about 98% of the problem. The shudder when slowing is totally gone, but not at idle, at least not completely. The stumble, which was the big one, does appear to be completely fixed. Of course, all of this only happens with the A/C on and it has to work (+65 degree outside temperature). I’m still watching it to see if it gets any worse or possible better. I think a call into MINIusa might be in order, as well as a call back to my service department.
