Next service visit

Yea, it is that time again. This time it’s the 75K service visit, which from my understanding is only a filters and fluids change.

Also on the list? Find out why the air bag light is on. I hope it’s not because of a problem with the airbags, that would be bad. Also new this week is a burned out headlamp. Passenger side regular beam lamp has decided after 2 years of operation to give up the ghost. That seems a bit short to me for a headlamp, so I’m going to have them check it out. And, since I haven’t been able to find them anywhere else, a new boot window wiper blade. Yea, I know I could do either of these myself and save the $$, but I really hate changing wiper blades. You really have no idea how much I hate to do this. And to replace the headlamp requires tools, plugging and unplugging of items in spaces that my hands will probably not fit very well. So, I’ll avoid the afternoon of frustration and bloody knuckles, I’ll leave this one to the professionals.

  1. Airbag light might be on because the connections for the airbag sensors under the driver’s seat are loose and not making good connection. Maybe?

  2. I’m not really sure. I called and asked and my SA said that it might be something on the passenger side too. And I’m too lazy to do a search for error codes on NAM or M2 :D :D
